Best Ramen in Singapore

...without a doubt. Yeah, that's a sweeping statement alright. Go taste and see, and I dare you challenge this judgment.

Ippudo @ Mandarin Gallery wins this hands down. I don't think I have ever had such amazing ramen - bouncy, chewy noodles; thick, tasty and extremely oily soup; flavored eggs with a soft center; fatty and succulent chasu. Heavenly.

Add on cheap alcohol during Happy Hour and the picture of foodie bliss is complete.

Unfortunately the lighting wasn't so good so the photos didn't come out so great. But do not be deceived: go and try it, really. Simply amazing.

Lemon Sour.

Akamaru Tamago Ramen: Thin noodles, pork belly, flavored egg and soup made of Ippudo's special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil.

YUMZ.

This brings tears of joys to my eyes, it really does.

Unadulterated oily delight.
